Farmhouse Sotto il Colle
The Sotto il Colle farmhouse is located on the hillside that surrounds the city of Assisi. The structure, located in the center of a valley, is completely immersed in the surrounding greenery, protected from its back by a beautiful forest of holm oaks, oaks and beech trees that can be accessed through a beaten path.
The pool at your disposal will allow you to spend unforgettable and relaxing holidays in Umbria.
The particular position allows you to get away from the daily noise of the city centers and to enjoy the silence and the sounds that nature produces, without however having to give up the comfort of being able to reach in 10 minutes by car the historic center of Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli.
The entire complex is an integral part of the Azienda Agricola MAGI Agricoltura s.s. which deals mainly with the production of extra virgin olive oil, honey, cereals and spices.

Our Apartments
The farmhouse consists of 5 apartments: Leccio, Quercia, Faggio, Ciliegio, Noce and Rovere from 2 to 4 beds and a double bedroom.
The apartments have access to a park and an indoor pine wood where there is a 15 meter swimming pool, a wooden structure with a large dining table at the center where you can have lunch and dinner, and two BBQs.
All our apartments are equipped with kitchen equipped with induction plate, tv, private bathroom, linen and everything you need for a wonderful stay close to the city of Assisi.
They are very nice, spacious, brand new apartments... all designed to make your vacation as comfortable as possible in Umbria, Assisi.
At your disposal also a house of about 120 square meters: a beautiful salon, a super-equipped kitchen and a large table make it the best choice for groups of friends or large families who wish to spend beautiful holidays in Assisi even during Christmas or For New Year!
